Please read these terms and conditions along with our privacy policy before ordering through our website or apps.

2. ORDERS

YOUR ORDER

We, Snappy Shopper, provide a method for you to place an order with your local convenience store.

When you order from a local convenience store on the Snappy Shopper website or app, you are buying the items from that store and Snappy is acting as an agent on behalf of that store to facilitate your order. The delivery of your order is also arranged by the stores that we partner with.

By ordering via Snappy Shopper, you are indicating that you understand and agree to these terms.
 

YOUR STATUS

By placing an order through our website or app you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract with us and that you are at least 18 years old.

ALLERGY INFORMATION

If you suffer allergies you agree to always check the label of purchased items.

ORDERS CONTAINING ALCOHOL, TOBACCO OR OTHER AGE RESTRICTED ITEMS

It is an offence for any person under the age of 18 to buy, or attempt to buy, alcohol, or for any person to buy, or attempt to buy, alcohol, tobacco or other smoking products on behalf of any person who is under the age of 18.

When ordering alcohol, tobacco or other age restricted products you warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery/collection in accordance with our regulatory requirements and ethical policy in particular:

We will not provide delivery or allow collection if you are unable to provide ID and you look under 25

We will not provide delivery or allow collection to any person who is, or appears to be, under the influence of either alcohol or drugs

We will not provide delivery or allow collection to any person if that person is, or appears to be, purchasing on behalf of someone who is under the age of 18

DELIVERY/COLLECTION TIMES

All delivery or collection times are estimates only, we do not guarantee that that the order will be delivered or ready for collection by the quoted time.

REJECTED/ACCEPTED ORDERS

When you place an order through Snappy Shopper, we will send your order to the relevant store. On receipt of your order the store will either accept or reject your order. Although almost all orders will be accepted, there may be times where a store is unavailable to fulfil your order and the order will be rejected. This may be because items are out of stock or the stores unable to make a delivery at that time.

When an order is rejected you will receive a notification by email. Any payment made will be voided. For most banks this will show on your statement within 24 hours, how ever some banks will take up to 10 days to refund the transaction.

SUBSTITUTIONS/OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Stores will always endeavour to provide you with the products you ordered, where a product is no longer in stock stores may choose to substitute that product with an alternative. Where an alternative is cheaper than the original product you will be refunded the difference. Where an alternative is more expensive there will be no extra cost.

Any substitutions made will be highlighted on the receipt, please check your receipt on delivery / collection and confirm you are happy with the substituted items.

If you are unhappy with any of the items they can be returned to the driver and you will receive a refund for those items.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

After an order is placed with Snappy Shopper, stores are not obligated to accept amendments or cancel the order. However, most will be willing to do so as long as the order has not already left their premises. If you need to amend your order please contact us.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We accept returns for defective products only. If there is a problem with your order (e.g. damaged or incorrect items), please contact the store directly within 48 hours of delivery. The store will review the issue and determine if a refund is appropriate.

We do not accept exchanges. All refund requests are handled at the store’s discretion and may require evidence (e.g. photos) of the issue. Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the store’s approval.

COMPLAINTS & SUPPORT

If your order has not been to your satisfaction or you have any other queries regarding your order please contact us.

PRICE MARKED PRODUCTS/PRICING

The price of the item(s) you order will be the price on the Snappy Shopper site/app at the time you place your order or amend your order. If a new price or promotion is in place after you have placed your order for example, a multi-buy offer or price reduction which may be advertised on the packaging of goods you have ordered, these prices and promotions will not be applied to your order.

FAILED DELIVERY

When a merchant (store) has attempted delivery within the time frame requested by the customer and cannot complete the delivery / order, the merchant (store) / driver will attempt to contact the customer (at least once) using the contact number provided when ordering. If contact cannot be made, the merchant (store) has discretion as to whether additional order charges or temperature sensitive products will be refunded.

 

4. COUPON/VOUCHER CODES

 

1. Eligibility and Use

New customer acquisition codes (“Promotional Codes”) are available for use only within the Snappy Shopper mobile application and are not valid for redemption through the Snappy Shopper website, unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotional offer. Promotional Codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be applied in accordance with the terms communicated at the time of issue.

2. Misuse and Fraud Prevention

Each Promotional Code is intended for a single use per eligible customer. Where a Promotional Code is redeemed more than four (4) times at the same delivery address, Snappy Shopper reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to investigate and restrict further orders from that address. Such restrictions may be applied where there are reasonable grounds to suspect misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity in connection with the Promotional Code or related offers.

3. General

Snappy Shopper reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend any Promotional Code or related offer at any time without prior notice, where necessary to protect the integrity of the promotion or to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.


5. COMPETITIONS

Snappy Shopper will run competitions on social media and our website or apps. These conditions apply to those competitions.

Competitions are open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except employees of Snappy Shopper, their friends and family or employees of stores listed on our platform.

Some competitions are run in specific geographic areas of the UK. If you enter a competition that is in a specific area that you do not live in, we will unable to deliver the prize to you.

Any competitions where a cost to the entrant may be subjected, a free alternative can be redeemed via emailing: Marketing@SnappyShopper.co.uk with the subject header: FREE COMPETITION ENTRY.

All data collected as part of a Snappy Shopper competition will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection and as set out in privacy policy.

Prizes may be delivered to winners direct from our suppliers, in case those items are no longer in stock we will provide the winner with a prize of equivalent value of our choice. If a prize is unable to be delivered or collected, Snappy Shopper reserves the right to select an alternative winner or re-distribute the prize in a future competition or prize draw. Snappy Shopper has no responsibility to anyone who has not collected the prize and no compensation will be due.

By entering a competition, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.


6. SERVICE CHARGE

As part of the transaction, you will be charged a small service charge for the use of our service. There will be no partial refunds for this service charge in the event some items are unavailable or not accepted. In the event your order is cancelled or refunded in its entirety the service charge will also be refunded.


7. LIABILITY

Our terms and conditions do not exclude or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We will under no circumstances be liable to you for any loss of profit, sales or other business revenue, loss of goodwill, anticipated saving, or any other consequential loss.

Our maximum liability is the value of your order.

OTHER NOTES

Promotional Code Terms

  • New customer acquisition codes are valid for use exclusively within the Snappy Shopper mobile application and are not redeemable via the Snappy Shopper website, unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • In the event that an individual promotional code is redeemed on more than four occasions at the same delivery address, Snappy Shopper reserves the right to restrict or suspend further orders associated with that address, on the basis of suspected misuse or fraudulent promotional activity.


Christmas Promotion – Terms & Conditions

  • This promotional offer is available to all Snappy Shopper customers during the stated promotional period.
  • The offer is redeemable on both the Snappy Shopper website and mobile app.
  • Store-specific minimum spend requirements apply. 
    • These may vary by participating retailer and must be met in order for the offer to be valid.
  • The promotion is subject to limited redemptions. 
  • Once the maximum number of redemptions has been reached, the offer will automatically expire without notice.
  • No promotional code is required. 
  • Eligible items must simply be added to the basket for the offer to apply.
  • The offer is valid for delivery orders only. Collection and any other fulfilment methods are excluded.
  • The promotional item or benefit is not exchangeable for cash, credit, alternative products, or any other value.
  • The offer cannot be transferred, resold, or used in conjunction with any other promotion unless explicitly stated.
  • Snappy Shopper reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or suspend this promotion at any time where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

Snappy Rewards - Customer Terms and Conditions

Overview

Welcome to Snappy Rewards, a monthly loyalty programme designed to reward you for shopping with your favourite stores. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for participating in the program. By enrolling in Snappy Rewards, you agree to comply with these terms.

Eligibility

Snappy Rewards is open to all registered customers with a eligible account shopping at a participating store.

You must be at least 18 years old to participate and named party on the payment method.

Earning Rewards

The Snappy Rewards programme is based on your calendar month spend at a specific store location. Each programme period begins at 12:00 AM on the first day of the month and ends at 11:59 PM on the last day of the month.

Your spend is calculated based on the subtotal of qualifying items. Delivery charges, discounts, promotions, credit and other fees are excluded from the calculation.

Purchases of tobacco, alcohol, baby formula and other excluded items (as listed on our website or apps) may not count toward your monthly spend.

Reward Tiers and Redemption

Snappy Rewards is operated by the retail store and operates on a tier-based rewards system. The specific tiers and corresponding reward coupon codes are detailed on our website and apps.

Snappy Shopper’s is the technology provider to the retail store.

If your monthly spend of an eligible and opted in customer reaches a specific reward tier within the corresponding period, you will receive a reward coupon code that can be redeemed on your next order at the same store.

Reward coupon codes are single-use only and must be used by the customer to whom they were issued. They are non-transferable.

Reward coupon codes expire 28 days from the date of issue. If not used within this timeframe, the coupon code will be forfeited.

Coupon codes can only be used at the same store where they were earned and cannot be redeemed at other store locations.

Coupon codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Coupon codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

Programme Reset

Snappy Rewards resets at the beginning of each calendar month. The spend calculations and rewards earned do not carry over to the following month.

Reward coupon codes can be redeemed on your next order and expire in 28 days.

Changes to the Program

The retailer reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Snappy Rewards programme at any time, with or without notice.

As required, any significant changes to the programme will be communicated via in-store announcements or through email notifications to enrolled customers.

Privacy and Data Collection

Participation in Snappy Rewards is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

By participating in Snappy Rewards, you consent to our use of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The retailer does not guarantee the availability of any specific reward tier or coupon code. Rewards are subject to stock and other factors beyond the retailer’s control.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your participation in Snappy Rewards, including loss of coupon codes or failure to meet reward tiers.

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and us regarding Snappy Rewards.
